Question Grouping & Travel

Just a couple of questions that I???ve been unable to find the answers to so far.

1. Why am I limited to only being allowed 1 other teammate? Me and 2 others installed the game last night and proceeded to group up when the game wouldn???t allow for all 3 of us to be on the same team. Something about ???merged team would be too large??? or fairly close to that. Is this because we hadn???t gone through the academy yet and if so will this limit be lifted once we have?

2. Has there been a logical explanation as to why traveling via the World Map causes us to be removed from our group? It seems that since we could huff it back to the city on foot and not be split up then the convenient system of map travel is actually nothing more than an inconvenience if you are grouped at the time.

Loving the game so far and would love to continue playing but these 2 issues have us at a stand still for the time being. Any help would be highly appreciated.

For the first while after you start playing the game, 2 is the max party limit. That limit gets lifted once you enter the academy.

And I don't quite know the reasoning behind forcing a player to leave a party when they travel via the map...It's be nice if the leader could travel and take the party with them

make sure everybody meets back in the same place by simply agreeing to meet in cityxxx in district xx and there you are

usually using the international district is best for being most empty

if a district is full you will bounce to another district which has room

a small inconvenience easily overcome with a bit of planning

Thanks for the responses.

Just a note that it doesn't matter which district you choose, even if it's the same as your teammate is choosing, you seem to always get the "this will disband you from your group" message. One of the first things that we tried to fix the world map travel issue was to all select the same district. It just didn't work.

that is to allow for a broken connection to remove just that character rather than taking the whole group with the broken connection instead of just one of them

I'm sorry but what do you mean by "broken connection"?

This happens regardless of which one of us chooses to travel via the world map while grouped. This happens no matter what we try and none of use have experienced any Internet connection issues if that's what you???re hinting towards.

somebody has a pc crash
power outage
isp drops the connection

anything that breaks the connection to the server

they are gone but the rest of you can continue without them

I guess to prevent griefing. Imagine that you are just about to finish a long and hard quest and someone teleports you all back to town...
